Quotations and orders
A website enquiry does not create a contract. The scope, specification, price, payment schedule, estimated timescale, guarantees and cancellation information applicable to an installation will be set out in the quotation or order documentation supplied before work proceeds.
Surveys and installation
Quotations may remain subject to a technical survey. Installation dates can be affected by manufacturing, access, weather and matters outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Guarantees and aftercare
Any product or workmanship guarantee applies only as described in the written order and guarantee documentation. Maintenance requirements, exclusions and manufacturer conditions may apply.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable UK consumer rights.
